1. Service-Based Refunds
Since our services are time-based and labor-oriented, completed services are non-refundable.
Once a service is delivered, no refund will be issued.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.
No refunds will be provided for:
Partially used subscription plans
Missed or unused washes
Early termination by the customer
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
Payment deducted but service not provided
Duplicate or excess payment due to technical error
Such refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
5. Cancellation Impact on Refund
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Repeated cancellations may lead to service suspension without refund.
6. Final Decision
All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of ISUZUKI SERVICE XPERT, and the decision shall be final.
